Changing, Cancelling or Tracking Your Decal Order
Decal Order Changes:
When you receive your visual proof you will have the opportunity to approve the order "As Is" or to make changes. Please look at the artwork and the order details before approval. If any corrections need to be made, this is the time to do it, without incurring any further costs. Simply email or call your sales representative with any corrections necessary. If corrections are made, you will receive a second visual proof, to confirm the changes. If your order specifications and artwork are completely correct without changes, just email your approval (or call), and your order will be processed right away.
PLEASE NOTE: Once you give Quick Signs (decalsontime.com) your APPROVAL to print, your order goes straight into print production, and may not be able to be changed without incurring additional fees to re-print your order.
Decal Order Cancellations:
Cancellations, though not normal, do happen occasionally and if you need to cancel an order please do so immediately. We process our orders very quickly and almost always begin work on placed orders right away. Our cancellation policy affords you the option to cancel your order at any time (before print production), but the sooner the better, to avoid any cancellation fees. We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee if we have begun any design work like picture toning/sizing, typesetting, color matching, etc. The cancellation fee will be assessed by the amount of work that we have completed for you at the time of cancellation. In the case that a cancellation will incur a charge, your sales representative will discuss this with you, before processing your credit card for the proposed amount.
PLEASE NOTE: Orders that have been printed; and orders that are completed and ready for pick-up or shipping CAN'T be cancelled. Also, any orders that are en route to their destination or recently delivered, may not be cancelled either since these items have been printed, produced and completed. Please understand we are a custom sign shop, and all orders are unique without the opportunity for resale, so any orders that are completed will be charged in full.
Decal Order Tracking:
When your decal, label, sticker or lettering order is completed, and processed for shipping, you will receive an automated email from UPS detailing the information of your shipment. This email will contain your tracking number to keep tabs on your order while it is in transit. If, for any reason, you don't receive the automated UPS email give your sales representative a call and they will be happy to provide your with your tracking number information. All local customers that will be picking-up their orders, from our Tustin location, will be contacted via phone when your order is complete and available for pick-up.
