Payment and billing information for decal orders.
For our local walk-in customers, your payment options include...Cash, Check or Credit Card. If you are local, but wanting to place an order online with Decalsontime.com, your order is subject to payment via credit card even if you are picking up at our storefront location in Orange County.
Credit Cards (Internet Orders and Walk-Ins)
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover) and debit cards that are linked to a valid checking account. When paying by credit card you will need to furnish the correct billing address as it appears on your statement to avoid any processing issues. Local Orange County customers will need to provide a 50% deposit to begin an order. The balance due will be charged once the order is picked up at our location. Internet customers (out-of-state and surrounding counties) that place an order online will be charged in full once the order is completely approved for print production.
Checks and Cashier's Checks
We do accept personal checks and checks drawn on business accounts. This method of payment will incur a 7 - 10 day hold on your decal order to allow time for the check to clear. If paying with a Cashier's Check it will need to be drawn on an bank that is FDIC insured. The same hold time as a personal/business check will apply. If you need your decals quicker, it is suggested, to furnish a credit card. Orders paid for with credit card are processed immediately.
Unacceptable Forms of Payment:
Unfortunately we do not accept PayPal or Purchase Orders at this time. If you need to provide a PO number for your order, we can include that number on your invoice, but all orders must be paid in full before they are released to the customer.
With every order you will receive an invoice and an attached receipt, for your purchase, whether your order is shipped or picked-up at our retail location in Orange County. If for some reason you don't receive an invoice or receipt with your shipped order, please call your sales representative, and request a copy for your records.
